Regarding Debit Card Payment Method
Please note: When securing your reservation with a Visa/Master Card Debit Card, you run the risk of the hotel pre-authorizing that card. Visa/Master Card debit cards are not credit cards. A pre-authorization hold may not be released as fast as a credit card and will look like a charge on your bank statement. Once a Visa/Master Card is pre-authorized by the hotel, we cannot reverse this. Please contact your issuing bank for more details on holds and release times.
Debit or cash-paying guests must make a deposit of 100.00 CAD. Taxes include a 2 percent Direct Marketing Fee. A 3.50 CAD plus tax per night Airport Concession Fee will be added to all reservations.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
At Halifax Airport Hotel, we offer cancellations free of charge until 16:00 on the day of arrival.
We are not able to honour any cancellation requests after 16:00 on the day of arrival. As such, the guests will be charged the full cost of the booking.
If the guest fails to check into their reservation, they will be marked as a no-show. No-show reservations are also subject to a penalty of the full cost of the booking.
Any non-refundable and/or pre-paid reservations booked through 3rd party booking websites are NOT entitled to our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, in the case of any cancellations or no-shows, the hotel is unable to issue any refunds to the guest.
